I believe there is a bug in COS that causes the container it is supposed to be running to not run, there is some 1 hour timeout and then one hour later the container runs... bad :/

I now think it is better to run Postgres in a Debian container, installing it via sudo apt

Anyway, hope Google fixes this bug!
